Rado True Square Open Heart in Black and White

Last Updated: September 25, 2024

Rado has been known for its innovative ceramic watches. They’ve introduced a variety of colors over the years, but their classic black and white models remain popular amongst the collectors. Now, they’re offering a new limited edition with a unique twist: a black and white bicolour design. These watches have a square shape, an open heart design, and diamond hour markers in both black and white. With their distinctive appearance and limited production, these timepieces are sure to stand out.

Black and white are a classic combination with a timeless appeal. They can create striking contrasts or work together harmoniously, as seen in chess. Similarly, these new Rado watches blend black and white in a visually stunning way, showcasing the precision and beauty of their design.

These watches are the first to feature a black and white color scheme in the True Square Open Heart collection. They’re made from Rado’s signature high-tech ceramic and feature both black and white diamonds on the dial.

The first model has a black ceramic case and bracelet with a black and white ceramic inlay. Its case back is made of titanium and engraved with a limited edition number. The watch has a sapphire crystal that reveals its intricate movement. The watch’s dial is black and white and features both black and white diamonds as hour markers. It also has a rhodium-colored bezel and a distinctive anchor symbol. The watch has a silver Rado logo and a black Automatic logo. The hands are rhodium-colored with a black coating and are luminous in the dark. The second watch is not much difference except that most of the colours that are black are converted to white except the dial.

Both of these limited edition watches feature the Rado R734 automatic movement, which provides an impressive 80-hour power reserve. They have an antimagnetic Nivachron™ hairspring and are adjusted to 5 positions. The open heart dial and transparent case back showcase the intricate movement, which features circular grain decoration and a distinctive Côte de Genève pattern. Each watch comes with a limited edition certificate and a precious stones certificate. They are water resistant to 50 meters.

These Rado True Square Open Heart watches demonstrate the perfect combination of black and white. Just as in chess, where the pieces move across the board with precision and purpose, Rado has continued to innovate with these unique timepieces. Now it’s your turn to decide if you want to own one.
